Yacht Master Instructor (Beach)

Working as a Yacht Master Instructor for Ocean Elements, you will have a passion and enthusiasm for all things water based!

As an experienced Skipper and instructor, you will manage your time effectively to ensure all customers receive the attention to detail we are known for. You will also work closely with your flotilla skipper ensuring those learning a new skill to use the following week with the flotilla are trained to RYA standards, whilst helping make sure that guests are always having a great time. You will be happy living in close quarters, will not get seasick and possess a strong knowledge of Yacht engine maintenance and general boat maintenance.

Chief/Senior and Watersports Instructors (Beach)

Location: Vassiliki, Porto Heli, Pelion & Kos

Start: April onwards

Duration: September/October

As a Senior/Chief or watersports instructor, you will assist with the overall smooth running of the waterfront within the resort.

As one of the Watersports Instructors, you will be leading and assisting RYA sessions for adults and children alike. You will provide practical and theory-based tuition that adheres to RYA criteria, ensuring that safety measures are in place and are followed at all times.

You will be on hand to offer your guidance and expertise to guests who wish to free sail. The role enables you to deliver outstanding customer service through a close relationship with small groups of customers within coaching sessions and all our guests in the resort.

Kids Club Activity Leader

Dependant on location you will report to the Manager or the Childcare Manager where you will assist with the overall smooth running of the Childcare program 5-6 days a week.

You will be responsible for the safe and effective deliverance of the various Kids Clubs that we operate across our programs which encompass children of ages 4-7 and ages 8-12. Creating new, fun and kerr-azy activities you will ensure that all children are comfortable in their surroundings and enjoy their holiday. All activities will be age appropriate and suited to parents when applicable.

Typically your day will be from 8am – 6pm with a break in the middle of the day where the children will re-join their parents for lunch, however you will run an evening activity 1-2 nights a week.

Experienced Fitness Instructor? Join our Beach Club Team for the summer season in Greece!

Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for delivering the fitness programme in one of two resorts, Vassiliki or Port Heli, Greece.

The fitness programme is available to all guests and will involve multiple activities each day. Activities include: Stretch and Relax Classes, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, Running and more.

You will drive the fitness programme and will be challenged with constructing and promoting your fitness programme by attending weekly Welcome Meetings, social functions throughout and making promotional materials.

Mountain Bike Guide (Beach)

Reporting to the management team you will ensure the overall smooth running of the bike program within resort.

As a Mountain bike guide you will have sole responsibility for the maintenance of the resort’s fleet of cross-country and/or mountain bikes.

You will lead guided rides for guests 2-3 times a day on a selection of routes suitable for various levels of fitness and ability. At times guests will want to cycle their own route and you will advise them of any safety issues with their potential route; you will know the area and most likely be a hub of information for the resort. You will assist our guests with choosing the correct bike & ensuring they are set up correctly for their ride and ability, always ensuring they are equipped with all the correct safety gear and follow all internal mountain biking procedures. You will have a series of logs to complete throughout each week when guests take out & return bikes.
