Our Surf Hotel Beach Club offers a great array of fitness and stretch classes run by our own dedicated fitness coach. They will lead you through an array of exciting fitness activities both on and off the water and it’s aimed at all levels (of fitness) to join in and ‘have a go’. The emphasis is on fun, but we also run more intense classes for the fitness fanatics among you.
Our fitness sessions are free and inclusive and run for 3-4 times a day (up to 6 days a week) to include a wide range of exercises from relaxing stretch classes to high energy and strength conditioning classes - using the beach, the garden, the swimming pool or the sea as a fitness area. We also organise guided cycling, jogging groups and running clubs (for all fitness levels) which are very popular too.
