Healthy Elements

Our holidays aren't all about water sports! You can join in with our Healthy Elements programme which includes lots of great fitness classes, jogging groups, high intensity sessions and yoga-inspired stretch, relax classes using the pool, the beach and even our paddleboarding and biking equipment.

In our flagship centres we run a range of sessions for flexibility and conditioning with cardio and power exercises; to sessions for warming up, stretching and simply relaxing the body and mind. They’re great for staying active throughout the day and very useful to preserve your body as we dispense handy tips for warming up before windsurfing or sailing. Everyone loves our Aqua Zumba sessions (a dance fitness workout in the pool) and our Stretch & Relax classes, which are a lot of fun in a group.

Smile Beach Club - Nidri

Our Our Smile Beach Club offers a great array of fitness and stretch classes run by our own dedicated fitness coach. They will lead you through an array of exciting fitness activities both on and off the water and it’s aimed at all levels (of fitness) to join in and ‘have a go’. The emphasis is on fun, but we also run more intense classes for the fitness fanatics among you. Our fitness sessions are free and inclusive and run each day (up to 6 days a week) to include a wide range of exercises from relaxing stretch classes to high energy and strength conditioning classes - using the beach, the garden or the sea as a fitness area. We also organise guided cycling, jogging groups and running clubs (for all fitness levels) which are very popular too. .

Nautica Bay, Porto Heli

Hotel Nautica Bay is also a flagship centre and (like Vassiliki) we offer a similar array of fitness sessions from stretch and relax, yoga inspired classes to strength and conditioning classes and high energy classes too. They’re run by our own fitness coach and you can expect a daily selection of stretch and fitness activities both on and off the water - which is aimed at all ages, all tastes and all fitness levels to join in and ‘have a go’. The emphasis is on fun and we also run more intense sessions for the fitness fanatics among you.

Expect 3-4 sessions a day and we’ll use the beach, the garden, the pool and the sea as our fitness area. We also organise guided cycling, jogging groups and running clubs (for all levels) which are very popular too.

A mixture of the following classes (all run by us) will take place 3-4 times a day. In addition, our bike rides will run up to 3 times a day; Sunrise SUP sessions will run most days; Paddle cruises will run 1-2 times a week

Akti Beach & Palace, Kos

At our Akti Beach and Palace Clubs, the centres themselves provide dedicated fitness coaches running various aerobics classes in the water and on dry land, throughout the day.

These centre-organised aerobics classes run daily and include things like aqua-fit and Zumba, Yoga and Pilates or Boxercise sessions. Although we don’t organise jogging clubs, it’s great to go for a jog or a cycle along the seafront.

Your Ocean Elements team will also organise guided cycling, sunrise SUP sessions and paddle cruises or safaris which are suited to all fitness levels and offer a really sociable excursion.
