For availability, we recommend booking extras before departure, online or over the phone. Some tuition can be booked on arrival.
We also run our own exclusive Ocean Elements Kids Club for our guests only. And it’s free for your 4-13-year-olds to join. Our clubs are run by our own British staff and RYA instructors and we take them on all sorts of water sports tasters in boats, on windsurf boards, atop kayaks and paddle boards as well as fun and games on dry land. Your kids will make lots of new friends and have a whale of a time trying new activities and watersports tasters all week. But don’t blame us when they won’t want to leave!
RYA Youth Squad is also very popular and gives 8-13yr olds lots of dedicated coaching in both windsurfing and sailing as part of a stage in their RYA certificates.
The calm morning winds are perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and learning to sail or windsurf. As the thermal wind builds around lunchtime the sailing and windsurfing gets more exciting. The wind remains very manageable for all abilities and will keep everyone very happy - from beginners to the most expert of sailors and high-intermediate windsurfers.
Expect a gentle Force 1-2 in the morning, a Force 3 after lunch and a Force 3-4 cross-onshore most afternoons. The conditions are made even better with our winning formula of great kit and top-notch instructors to look after you.
Dinghy Sailing and Windsurfing tuition (for all levels - beginner to expert) is included in the cost of your holiday. We also include free RYA courses so you can go home with a new Internationally recognised qualification at the end of your stay.
You can dip in and out of lessons during your week (depending on your energy levels!) and there's no need to pre-book tuition or courses. Just sign-up for the sessions when you arrive in resort.
If you are interested in paddlesports - then we also offer a free paddleboard and kayak lesson to get beginners started and to help experts with technique.
Our Thesmos Village club offers the perfect Stay Sail holiday. A twin centre break where you can really get away from it all and relax whilst getting stuck into dinghy sailing or windsurfing and letting the kids go wild in our Kids Club.
If you are keen to take an International Skippers course whilst at our club then as a beginner or more seasoned sailor, we have the course for you. Spend 5 days of your first week getting qualified to skipper your own yacht on week two. This course even suits complete beginners and newbies to sailing and if you are a newbie - you will be fully supported on our flotilla during week two.
