Be In Your Element

At Ocean Elements, we don’t just sell sailing, we live sailing. You’ll love our hand-picked selection of yachts to choose from and our friendly flotillas, where we’ll be on hand for you to find your sea legs, with expert skippers always just a VHF call away to lend a helping hand.

You can leave the route planning to us and we’ll even help you moor up at the end of each day if you’d like us to. Share mealtimes with us or do your own thing as you and your kids make new friends while sailing round breathtaking Greek islands exploring stunning coastline.

If you want the best of both worlds then why not try a Stay Sail holiday with a first week at our beach club, before heading out on your own boat for the second week?

We’re in our element on water. You can be too. Here’s how.

Be your own boss

However you want to sail, we’ve got you covered. Take one of our yachts and skipper it for the week, in charge of your own route and time. You could join our small and friendly flotilla and let us help you take the strain. Or you could even do both with a Stay and Sail fortnight!

Be hassle-free

We know summer holidays are precious, so we try to help you enjoy every single minute. That means we can help you route-plan your trip and moor up at the end of the day so that you can go hard on taking it easy.

Be choosy

We’re sailors ourselves, so you can imagine that we take our yachts seriously (check out the boss’s sailing blog for his own one-man exploits). We’ve one of the most diverse fleet of modern 36 – 44ft yachts to choose from, and we can also arrange for you to take bigger boats too. Talk to us when you book if you can’t see anything you like on the website.

Be in good company

We keep our flotillas small and sociable to give you all the chance to get to know one another and make sure there are plenty of chances to mix and meet. Firm friendships are forged every year aboard each other’s boats, for you and your children, as stories from the day are swapped over sundowners, beach BBQs and sociable evening group meals.

Be flexible

If you like the idea of sailing in our small, friendly, sociable flotilla but you’re keen to go solo at some point too, that’s not a problem with our flexi-flotilla option. You can simply dip in and out when you want some company and a helping hand with your route.

Be taught by the best

If you go for one of our stay-and-sail fortnights you’ll be able to join our ‘Start Yacht Sailing’ course for beginner flotilla skippers or rusty intermediates. It’s great when combined with a two week Stay Sail and while you learn about yachts, your family can relax at our Beach Club and you can see for yourself why we’re one of the best RYA training centres for dinghy sailing (and windsurfing) in the industry. It’s the same attention to detail we put into our flotilla holidays, making sure we sweat the small stuff so that you don’t have to.

Be our guest... at our beach club

If you’re on one of our yachts, either bareboat-ing or part of our flotilla, you can spend a day at the Surf Hotel as our guest and enjoy the full beach club experience. Take it easy while the kids go wild in our Active Kids Club, or head out exploring on guided mountain bike rides or try any of our daily fitness sessions like Aqua Zumba or Stretch classes. If it’s more saltwater action you’re after, then help yourself to the very latest watersports kit and get wet.

Be making customers happy

It’s why we’re here. We’ve a simple philosophy: we only employ people who love looking after people. We make sure they have a healthy dose of sea air in their blood and give them the training they need to make sure you have a brilliant time. Don’t just take our word for it though: last year 96% of our customers rated our staff as ‘excellent’.

Be on first name terms

We’re big enough that you can have 100% trust in us to give you an amazing holiday. But small enough that you’re never just a number to our team, and you’ll know each of us by name when you’re on holiday with us.

Be safe in the knowledge

As members of ABTA and ATOL, you can have complete financial peace of mind when booking one of our holidays. We take our obligation to financially protect all our customers very seriously. It’s not something that yacht-charter companies often will, or can, do but as a comprehensively-licensed British tour operator, we take care of every detail. Hiring a yacht can be a complex business. We make it simple.
